October 2005 - Objecta signs contract with AOL to supply technical analysis services for AOL's Talk order capture and management systems.
February 2005 - Objecta wins another contract with BT Rich Media to supply analysis and design services for major UK artist.
January 2005 - Objecta launch digital photography service for web and print products.
November 2004 - Objecta launch hard drive data recovery service. In-house specialists can now provide recovery of data from crashed systems with hard drives that no longer boot into Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Options available include data recovery written to DVD / CD or to your old hard drive which can be returned in a removable USB or Firewire enclosure as required.
July 2004 - Objecta designers photograph and catalogue artwork for Japanese calligraphy exhibition and produce catalogue containing over 80 pieces of artwork along with an artist's profile.
May 2004 - Objecta wins contract with BT Rich Media to supply business analysis and system analysis consultancy. Objecta bring analysis modelling and UML expertise to BT's Rich Media joint venture between BT Retail and BT Wholesale. Objecta will work with a specialist core team to scope projects and define requirements for digital asset management and digital rights management applications running on BT Rich Media platforms. This includes package customisation and integration of components from Real Networks and DMDSecure.
September 2003 - Objecta signs contract to supply analysis consultancy to London Clearing House (LCH Clearnet). Objecta staff will provide lead analyst skills to a large IT strategy project for LCH. Focused on a business portal component that handles both web browser-based users and SWIFT message feeds Objecta will use Rational's RequisitePro and Rose to produce use case driven models. The project is one of the largest in the City with a team approaching 180 members.
July 2003 - Objecta win consultancy contract with Companies House to review the design and development and change control processes for a major change programme. A senior consultant will work on-site to provide assessment and recommendations focusing on the maintainability of project documentation and deliverables.
September 2002 - Objecta wins contract to supply analysis and architectural consultancy to Airdata Limited a producer of flight planning software used by several major airlines and operators in the UK. Objecta will introduce a lightweight software development process based on Rational's Unified Process (RUP) along with a use case driven approach to capture the highly complex requirements needed for flight planning and management. This will include a series of interactive workshops with a mix of UML / use cases and UI prototype screens. Architectural solutions will utilise J2EE web technology and server based processing of real-time weather and NOTAM data feeds.
July 2001 - Objecta wins contract to supply Standard Life Heathcare with e-Business and systems analysis consultancy for a B2B insurance policy servicing portal. Objecta will work with a specialist team to facilitate the requirements capture using our workshop-based approach. Objecta will provide input on estimation and project planning for this iterative development. Our project-based consultant will organise workshops and produce use case realisations using UML and Rational Rose modelling tools.
May 2001 - Objecta design and develop a multilingual content management system for Lingofish.com. Utilising Microsoft ASP server technology, Objecta applies agile modelling and development to produce a live site from use case to code in only 6 weeks.
Feb 2001 - Objecta signs contract with ModemMedia to supply e-business analysis and design consultancy for a global consumer electronics catalogue and inventory management system. The application involves integration of ATG Dynamo, Interwoven TeamSite and Oracle database technology components within a multilingual environment. A mix of use case driven and RAD / agile development approached will be used.
November 2000 - Objecta wins business with Logica to supply analysis and design consultancy for a travel booking system. Our consultant will drive workshops to refine existing functional specifications for the system built from object technology.
May 2000 - Objecta secures contract with Legal and General to supply analysis and design consultancy to several life and pension applications based on web technology. Objecta will run use case workshops and define requirements specifications for quotation systems built using J2EE technology with Origo XML service based message interfaces.
January 2000 - Objecta signs contract with Razorfish to supply e-business analysis consultancy. Objecta will work with Razorfish usability and information architects to define requirements and processes for managing web-based content. Our consultant will liaise with the client's business specialists to agree content management processes and work with CM tool suppliers to configure the system. Objecta will also work with strategists to help define e-business processes.
